She advises on Trade mark clearance searches (including pre-filing advice), new applications, prosecution matters (including show-cause hearing before the Trade Marks Registry) and other related matters. She is actively involved with foreign trade mark cases, which includes advising on clearance searches and prosecution matters. She also works on contentious matters concerning our client’s foreign trade mark portfolio.

Having graduated from the Law School, Dipro joined the firm as a trainee with the Trade Marks team. He was soon made a part of the team who now advises clients in various sectors, irrespective of the size of the business. He is one of the active members in the trademarks opposition team who also handles cancellation actions from time to time. Besides, he often assists the litigation team in matters concerning all kinds of IP. He takes great interest in other research-related activities.

Mr. Khan is an integral part of the litigation team. He also handles matters before the IPAB (Intellectual Property Appellate Board) and the Trade Marks Office. He is also involved in enforcement actions before the Customs Office.

Dr. Ganguli has been an active patent attorney for over 16 years and heads the life-sciences team in the firm. She drafts patent specifications and prosecution. Associated in the capacity of faculty member with various organizations engaged in the promotion of IPR including the Government of India and Dr. Ganguli also serves as a guest faculty member in several institutions like the Technology Information Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC), Institute of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Management Research (IPHMR), Institute of Intellectual Property Studies (IIPS).

He has been handling patent issues relating to innovations in the areas of software technology, electronics and telecommunications engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering amongst other areas. At the beginning of his career Mr. Sen has worked on various projects related to digital electronics and control systems in Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, Calcutta.
Mr. Sen has extensive experience of working with US, EP, CN, JP and Indian Patent Laws. His responsibilities in the firm include prior art searches, drafting patent specifications, prosecution of applications filed with the Indian Patent Office and other Foreign Patent Offices, providing patentability and infringement opinion in the field of engineering and software and pre-grant & post-grant oppositions relating to fields like Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Mr. Sen is an active member of the prosecution, opposition and revocation team of the firm.
