    Our litigation services

  • We have several lawyers dedicated to IP litigation and contentious work. IPR litigation is different from other commercial litigation in several respect although they are conducted under the same framework of law. Our litigation team handles matters in all Courts including nullity actions at the first instance in certain cases.
  • We handle litigations in all IP areas nationally. If disputes arise involving international IP based disputes we take up such cases and work in collaboration with lawyers in the respective countries. For small-scale infringements, we act realistically and strategically to resolve the matters without going to the Court or resorting to police action.
  • We represent both plaintiffs/petitioners and defendants/respondents in patent infringement cases, trademark infringement and passing off cases, trademark oppositions and cancellation proceedings, Copyright infringement actions, Domain name disputes, GI infringement and cancellation actions.
  • We appear in courts and tribunals and also attend to proceedings before Customs, GI Tribunal, Mediators appointed by Courts.
  • Investigation as litigation support. We have an experienced team of investigators experienced IPR related investigations and the same team handle police actions using highly experienced persons in raids and like actions.
